5 quick exercises to do every day

In today’s world, it seems like people don’t have a lot of time. Between work, family, and social obligations, there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done. But one thing that’s so important and often gets neglected is our health. We need to find ways to stay fit even when we’re short on time.
That’s why I’m excited to share with you 5 quick exercises that you can do every day without having to set aside a lot of time. These exercises are simple but they’ll help get your heart rate up and your body moving. So let’s get started!
Exercise #1: Jumping Jacks
Jumping jacks are a great way to get your heart rate up and get your body moving. They’re also super simple to do. Just start by standing with your feet together and your arms at your sides. Then, jump up and spread your legs out wide while bringing your arms up above your head. Jump back to the starting position and repeat. Do as many jumping jacks as you can for 1 minute.
Exercise #2: Push-ups
Push-ups are a great way to work your arms and your core. They can be done anywhere and don’t require any equipment. To do a push-up, start in a plank position with your hands on the ground and your feet hip-width apart. Lower your body down until your chest is close to the ground and then push back up to the starting position. Repeat for 1 minute.
Exercise #3: Squats
Squats are a great exercise for your legs and butt. They can be done anywhere and don’t require any equipment. To do a squat, start by standing with your feet hip-width apart. Lower your body down as if you’re going to sit in a chair and then push back up to the starting position. Repeat for 1 minute.
Exercise #4: Mountain Climbers
Mountain climbers are a great way to get your heart rate up and work your arms and legs. To do a mountain climber, start in a plank position with your hands on the ground and your feet hip-width apart. Bring one knee up towards your chest and then back to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg. Do as many mountain climbers as you can for 1 minute.
Exercise #5: Plank
The plank is a great way to work your core. To do a plank, start in a push-up position with your hands on the ground and your feet hip-width apart. Lower your body down so that you’re resting on your forearms and toes. Hold this position for 1 minute.
