How to Speed Up Weight Loss Eating Fat Burning Foods?
Article by Olivia Freeland
You can speed up your fat loss efforts simply by eating some natural fat burning foods that you may find in your fridge. These foods that burn fat are low in fat, quickly fill you up, and are an excellent source of energy. This results in lower consumption of calories and thus your body has to burn through fat reserves to preserve its basic functions. Try eating 4-6 times per day keeping your portions small to uphold a healthy diet and include foods that burn fat as much as possible.
Read below for some examples of fat burning foods:
Vegetables: Most vegetables consist of a lot of bulk and minimal amounts of calories. Fibrous vegetables are the ones that fall into the fat burning group. For example: lettuce, broccoli, celery, and other greens. By eating a lot of vegetables you can keep up a healthy fat loss diet as they are low in calories and fat and their fiber content keeps you full.
Chicken Breasts: Skinless, lean chicken or turkey breasts are one of the most effective foods that burn fat. Relative to the rest of the animal, chicken breasts are the lowest in fat and calories. It is recommended to peel away the skin, and remove any white parts, and cook the meat using healthy methods like baking, broiling, or boiling.
Egg Whites: Another great food that burns fat is egg whites which have 0% fat and are the purest source of protein. All the fat found in eggs is in the yolk, thus the egg white has 0% fat making it this remarkable wonder food with no fat whatsoever. To separate the egg white from the yolk is not too difficult. All you have to do is crack the egg in half and pour the contents from one half to another over a bowl underneath while leaking the egg white into the bowl, until all that is remaining in the shells is egg yolk. You could also pay your local grocer a visit and purchase ready-made egg whites. They usually come in carton containers like milk and cream.
Fish: Fish is an amazing source of Omega 3 and other healthy fats, and by cooking it correctly you can cut its calories. The first rule is never to fry fish but instead try healthy cooking methods like baking, broiling, steaming, and boiling. Adding sauces to the fish will also increase the calories you consume, so avoid this as much as possible.
